What kind of therapy do you offer?
I provide virtual therapy for individuals, teens, couples, and families, along with specialized support for anxiety, stress, identity concerns, relationships, and life transitions.
Are all sessions virtual?
Yes, all sessions are currently held online, so you can join from the comfort of your own private space. In-person sessions may be added in the future.
How long is each session?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes.
A shorter 30-minute option is available for crisis check-ins or solution-focused support.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you’re overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, anxious, or simply need someone to talk to who listens without judgment — therapy can help. You don’t need to be in a crisis to reach out.
Do you work with teens?
Yes. I offer individual therapy for youth ages 11–17, helping them navigate school stress, identity questions, emotional challenges, and social pressures.
Do you offer couples therapy?
Yes — I help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally, whether you’re facing specific issues or just want to grow together.
Can therapy help with identity or life transitions?
Absolutely. Many clients come for support with identity exploration, self-esteem, gender-related concerns, career decisions, or major life changes. This is a safe and affirming space for all identities.
What issues can I talk about in therapy?
Anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, relationship issues, self-worth, family challenges, work burnout, mid-life shifts, identity concerns, and more. Nothing is “too small” to bring in.
How do I book a session?
You can book directly through the website’s Contact or Book a Session button. Once scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the virtual session link.
How do I prepare for an online session?
Find a private, comfortable space, use headphones if possible, and ensure a stable internet connection. A notebook or tissues nearby can also be helpful.
What if I feel nervous before my first session?
That’s completely normal. My role is to help you feel safe and supported from the moment we begin. You set the pace — no pressure, no judgment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Last-minute cancellations may include a fee.
Do you offer therapy for LGBTQIA+ clients?
Yes. This practice is affirming, inclusive, and safe for all gender identities and sexual orientations.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, we work with several insurance providers to help make therapy more accessible.

If your insurance company is listed, simply share your details and we’ll assist you with the next steps.
If your provider isn’t listed, don’t worry please reach out anyway. We may still be able to support you by discussing other options.
What if my insurance company is not listed?
If your plan isn’t one of the insurers above, you can still contact us. We’re happy to help you explore possible pathways for coverage or reimbursement.
What should I expect in the first session?
We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you need to feel supported. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with.
